About Dell Financial Services Refurbished Store

Dell Financial Services provides leasing services to corporate customers of IT products. The products for sale on the DFS Refurbished Store are second hand products which have been returned by customers at the end of a lease. DFS arranges for these products to be tested and refurbished for sale on the DFS Refurbished Store as referred to below under the heading “Testing”. The refurbished products may have some observable cosmetic imperfections but they will not affect the performance.
What software is included?
All refurbished desktop and laptop systems from DFS ship with the operating system that they were originally sold with. Please note there is no operating system included on server offers.
When do you ship? We usually ship your order within an estimated 7-10 business days after order payment has been approved and verified.
Testing
All products are fully tested before being put into our stockroom which ensures that they are ready to be shipped immediately. These products are Off-Lease computers. Off-Lease products are products that have been returned to DFS at the end of a lease. DFS fully retests all products to ensure that every part of the product is fully functional and passes our quality-control procedures. It is not possible to make changes to any product but you may add certain accessories where applicable.
